The Midwest Amateur Renaissance Society proudly presents the grand opening of the Lake Superior Renaissance Faire on July 14th and 15th, 2007. More games, more authenticity and more enthusiasm than ever before. Medieval and Renaissance enthusiasts from near and far are joining together to give the Faire real flare and excitement. Join us for a festive romp in the mystical "Shire of Lochenwold". Around forty vendors are expected to be there, peddling their wares and plenty of live music preformed by local musicians The Legendary "A Knight to Remember" will be preforming at the Faire. A Children's realm will be hosted at the Faire, where all of the children are encouraged to participate in a variety of fun and challenging events. Stocks will be present at the Faire, you might just be able to bribe the Sheriff into arresting your favorite person and placing them in the stocks.
