Medieval Faire returns to Bakersfield after an absence of more than 20 years! Step back in time when you visit the Medieval Faire in the Shire of Wintermist (Bakersfield's name in medieval language). Costumed participants, story telling, plays, music, sword fights, and craft demonstrations are planned. Children can have fun at the craft classes (available for a small fee) while the adults check out the raffle involving baskets and dragon eggs with prizes and goodies. Turkey legs, corn on the cob and other fancy food is on the menu.
