Tulare County Renaissance Festival is an Elizabethan Faire and features Renaissance guilds, merchants, stage shows, battle reenactments, jousting and the splendid atmosphere of England under rule of Queen Elizabeth I. The whole family is welcome, the site is well shaged and various vendors provide refreshment and delicious period food dishes. Each day opens with the good folk of the shire meeting their Queen and welcoming her to the marketplace and village, where she and her court will spend two days of sampling and enjoying the beautiful English countryside.
