Hi Shannon,

We just had stake out down here for southern faire, and Dave told us a little bit about the site. According to Dave the site is surrounded by tall oak trees but there are no oaks on the actual site itself. the only shade will be the shade we create. Also the site is not flat. He said for those who did Agoura this site is alot like that, hot dusty and full of hills. He will be up at the site May 1st to start staking it out and we would be able to get on the site on June 15th.
